SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
Domestic orders are generally couriered within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A packing slip is included in each courier shipment. The packing slip contains the order number, member name, product name, price, and the amount and method of payment.
Clients should keep these packing slips for personal accounting records. Package tracking is available through most major carriers. Courier charges will depend on your location.
SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
When you receive an order, you should check the products against the packing slip to make certain there is no discrepancy or damage. Please notify Upendi Essentials , via email, on any shipping discrepancies or damage as soon as possible. The email address for any queries with regards to shipping is jo@upendi.co.za.
Failure to notify Upendi Essentials of any shipping discrepancy or damage within five business days of receipt of shipment will forfeit your right to request a correction.
RETURN POLICY & GUIDELINES
Upendi Essentials reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
If you are dissatisfied with any Upendi Essentials product, you may return any unopened product within 10 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price (less shipping charges).
PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
The customer or who collected their product it directly from Upendi Essentials must return the product(s) back to Upendi Essentials.The product(s) must be returned in its original container.
Alternatively product(s) returns must be shipped prepaid to Upendi Essentials. Upendi Essentials does not accept COD packages.
Upendi Essentials is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
No refund will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is damaged.
